I was worried about the time it might take to receive my order in the U.S., but it showed up in about 2 weeks without problems. I had expected to get a notice about a customs payment, but the order showed up without this. When I checked on-line, the order was being put on a flight in Europe; then showed up at my doorstep a few days later. I'm very happy with the pandeiro. (By the way, the question below regarding a recommendation does not seem to be registering, but I would give you a 10.)

A quality drum for the value. I'm still studying what it can do. I recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money and wants a quality instrument.

Good product and service. The Pizzott pandeiro is excellent! So too is the padded pandeiro bag I purchased with it. I was able to track its progress and it arrived quite quickly considering it had to travel from the other side of the world.

I have purchased several pandeiros over the years and cannot recommend this site enough. The range is great, communication is always competent, friendly and fast. The shipping could be a bit faster, otherwise great experience.
